Para los servicios de reubicaci\u00f3n, permisos y naturalizaci\u00f3n, se determina el costo estimado del servicio y se elabora una oferta individual.<br \/>Los pagos se realizan mediante factura, salvo que se acuerde lo contrario. En caso de mora, nos reservamos el derecho de aplicar intereses de demora del 5\u202f% anual. Las prestaciones adicionales o requisitos que excedan el alcance originalmente acordado se facturar\u00e1n por separado. Dichas prestaciones adicionales requieren, en todos los casos, un acuerdo previo por escrito.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dbc3aab e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"dbc3aab\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b22bf7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9b22bf7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Cancelaci\u00f3n y desistimiento<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6afece5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6afece5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Clases de alem\u00e1n: Los paquetes de horas (p. ej., 30 o 15 horas) se facturan inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de la firma de la oferta. Las clases deben posponerse o cancelarse al menos 24 horas antes de la hora prevista de inicio. En caso de cancelaciones o cambios con poca antelaci\u00f3n, las horas se facturar\u00e1n (en caso de facturaci\u00f3n mensual) o se descontar\u00e1n del paquete. Los paquetes de horas adquiridos deben utilizarse completamente dentro de un plazo de dos a\u00f1os a partir de la fecha de la factura; las horas no utilizadas caducar\u00e1n despu\u00e9s de ese plazo sin derecho a reembolso.<br \/>Otros servicios: El importe total vence tras la firma de la oferta, salvo acuerdo en contrario. El desistimiento del contrato queda generalmente excluido una vez firmada la oferta.<br \/>El desistimiento por causa justificada permanece reservado; en tal caso, el importe total acordado sigue siendo exigible, dado que se han reservado capacidades y ya se han realizado trabajos preparatorios.
