These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the contracts between arrive (hereinafter “we” or “us”) and our clients (hereinafter “you”). They apply to all services provided by arrive. Deviating terms will only be recognized if we expressly confirm them in writing. We reserve the right to amend or update these T&C at any time; the current version is available on our website.
A contract is concluded once you book a service by signing an offer. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these T&C. Offers become legally binding once you have signed and returned them.
Prices for German lessons are available on our website. For services related to relocation, permits, and naturalization, a tailored offer will be provided. Payments are made by invoice unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 5 % p.a. Additional services or requirements beyond the agreed scope will be invoiced separately.
For German lessons: Hour packages (e.g., 30-hour or 15-hour packages) are invoiced immediately upon signing the offer; for monthly billing, invoicing occurs monthly. Lessons must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will either be charged (for monthly billing) or deducted from the hour package.
For other services, the total amount becomes due after signing the offer, unless otherwise agreed. Withdrawal from the contract is excluded once the offer is signed. Amounts already paid are non-refundable.
Our liability is limited to the proper performance of the agreed services. We do not guarantee the success of any service, whether German lessons, relocation, permits, or naturalization. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, loss of profits, or damages caused by third-party products, to the extent permitted by law. Liability exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
We collect, store, and process personal data of our clients only in accordance with applicable laws. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
All documents and information provided by you are treated confidentially. Course materials, digital documents, or other materials created by us may only be used for personal purposes. Distribution to third parties or commercial use, especially for internal training, is not permitted.
Swiss law applies, and the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of arrive, to the extent legally permissible. Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Gaps or ambiguities shall be interpreted in good faith, taking into account the interests of both parties.
