These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the cooperation between arrive GmbH (hereinafter “we” or “us”) and our clients (hereinafter “you”). They apply to all services provided by arrive. Deviating conditions are only recognised if we expressly confirm them in writing. We reserve the right to amend or supplement these GTC at any time; the latest version is available on our website.
A contract is concluded as soon as you accept a service offer in writing. By signing, you acknowledge and accept these GTC.
Prices for German language instruction are listed on our website. For services in the areas of relocation, permits, and naturalisation, an estimated effort is determined and an individual offer is prepared.
Payments are made by invoice unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest of 5% p.a. Additional services or special requests that exceed the originally agreed scope will be invoiced separately. Such additional services must always be agreed upon in advance and confirmed in writing.
For German lessons: Lesson packages (e.g., 30‑hour or 15‑hour packages) are invoiced immediately after signing the offer. Lessons must be postponed or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. In the event of short‑notice cancellations or rescheduling, the hours will either be invoiced (in the case of monthly billing) or deducted from the lesson package.
For other services, the total amount becomes due upon signing the offer, unless otherwise agreed. Withdrawal from the contract is generally excluded once the offer has been signed.
Withdrawal for important reasons remains reserved; in such cases, however, the full agreed amount remains payable, as capacities have been reserved and preparatory work has already been carried out. Amounts already paid are not refunded.
